Sarah didn’t get into marketing because she loved ads.

She got into it because she was fascinated by what makes people pay attention; the human psychology behind it.

One thing has always been clear:

The businesses that grow fastest aren’t necessarily the loudest.

They’re the ones who combine powerful creative with smart data and a clear human-led strategy.

This is where Sense began!

Olly Kumarich

Digital Advertising Specialist

Olly is one of our Digital Advertising Specialists and an absolute powerhouse at Meta Ads!

He is highly skilled in scaling New Zealand businesses and delivering results beyond expectations.

Having first worked together a number of years ago, Olly has now joined Sarah at Sense.

Having achieved so much success together; running over $1m in ad spend for clients and scaling their growth, Olly brings real-world experience growing and scaling service-based businesses, and brings an unrivalled energy to the team!

Nicole Erceg

Digital Advertising Specialist

Nicole is a seasoned digital consultant with a strong agency background and incredible digital knowledge.

Having worked with some of New Zealand’s biggest brands, she brings a wealth of experience and valuable insight to Sense. Over the past few years, Nicole has honed her digital skills working with small Kiwi businesses, helping them grow.

Sarah and Nicole have worked together since Sense started in 2018, with Nicole being the agency client lead for many Sense clients.

Nicole joins Sarah and the Sense team at an exciting growth stage, and is the perfect addition to our growing team!
